Basically, you are doing five sets with one minute of rest in between each set. I'm modifying the program a little bit, insofar as I refuse to move onto the next day before finishing the first day. So it took me all of August to complete "Week 1". Day 1 took me six attempts, Day 2 took two attempts, and Day 3 took four attempts.
At the end of the program, you should be able to do a set of 100 pushups.
So my month-end weigh-in was really good - came in at 169.7 this month, which is a drop of 4.4 pounds. I was at 169.5 a couple of days ago, but losing 4.4 pounds this month is a nice jump compared to the last few months. I firmly believe that the structure of having a spreadsheet to track all food, alcohol, and exercise helped keep me much more accountable and the results followed.
Also, I had mentioned in an earlier update that I was going to look at 32" jeans (down from 34"). They fit, and 31" fit for most cuts as well. But I'll stick with a couple pairs of 32" for now ... with the intention of potentially needing to buy some smaller clothes again next year.
