A single set? You mean without stopping? Never tried, but probably 50 or more.
I've done Insanity. It sucks. It sucks hard. You work your ass off but the results aren't there because it's not based on any kind of good science. If you want to solely improve your cardio conditioning, then Insanity will help. But that's about it. Hell, I didn't even lose weight doing Insanity.
