Ipswich(9th, EPL) @ Hull(10th, CH)

We are only 5:4 favorites here today over Hull. Given that we could gain entry into the Euro Cup by making the finals of the FA Cup we're really looking to push hard for a win here to get into the quarterfinals.

GK: Capitani

M: Hughes/Donnelly/Mills/Gordon
F: Khan/Constantino

We start the best lineup that we can today(given Hughes' hot hand he starts over Adagsmar, the others are all clear choices). Standard mindset today.

7': Yellow for defender Reed.

7': A quick series of passes from Mills to Hughes to Khan gives us a pretty good shot, Khan strikes it, their keeper is able to dive and make the save.

9': We build up down the right side, Jackson to Mills, centered for Donnelly, Donnelly puts it into the right side of the area and Gordon cuts behind his man, he controls it well, takes his time and puts it by the keeper! 1-0

28': We've shot 9 times but only 3 on target and nothing threatening after that goal.

33': Yellow for Donnelly.

36': Its a breakaway for Khan. We win the ball in the midfield, Hughes spots Khan wide open as their defense isn't set well at all, Khan makes a long run into the area and beats the keeper! 2-0

40': Gordon passes to Constantino, Constantino scoots by two defenders to get into the penalty area... he's tackled, its a penalty! But the keeper guesses right on this one and its saved.

HALF: We're in full control here. 14 shots, 6 on target to their 2 off target shots. We've got a 57/43 possession edge. The only thing we can't do is win a header, 39% success rate there.

58': Mills wins a ball in our defensive end a few yards outside the penalty area, he sends it ahead to midfield for Khan, Khan waits for Constantino to break and sends a ball forward for him. Constantino runs onto it, shoots from just inside the area and blasts it by the keeper. 3-0

66': Johnson and Mariga in for Mills and Donnelly. Lee Burton in for Kirkland, Hughes to DL, Burton ML.

72': We have a corner, taken short to Welsh, passed back to Gordon, Gordon crosses it into the area, Consatntino wins a header, its kinda weak but the keeper can't get there.. it hits the left post and bounces into the net! 4-0

77': they get it ahead to ST O'Neil, Quartey charges him and misses the ball entirely, O'Neil runs by him, into the area and gets this one past Capitani. 4-1

80': Khan down the left side, he passes low into the area, they have a man there but he misses an interception that looked pretty easy to make... Mariga takes advantage and fires near post by the keeper! 5-1

82': This is just silly now. They send a through ball into the area, Quartey screws up again and allows O'Neil wide open for his second goal. 5-2

85': Mariga passes to Constantino, Constantino lays the ball off to Neil Gordon who blasts a shot high to the far post from 20 yards out, by the keeper and in. 6-2

That got a bit insane late with 5 goals in the final 20 minutes but we were always in complete control.
