I'm leaving my vote on EF, and I don't think finding out that Bug is lying clears EF. In the position he was in it's an easy call to give up a converted seer to buy trust.
I'm also not sold on EF's story as detective, the role says that observing someone will
tell you what that person has done for the evening. To me that says you can see what action they performed, not necessarily what was done to them.
