And that doesn't mean CEOs exclusively. As you make your way up the corporate ladder, you are responsible for more and more people and make decisions that affect more and more people.

I want to know what 3.8% fits into blue collar/service. Unless we're talking about the guy who, again, manages an entire operation, I just can't too many in a rank and file who fits into the top 1%.
