As Swaggs already noted, they're pretty far along in the process. The lawsuits are grandstanding and little else. The Mizzou/WVU situation in the B12 has to be resolved by Dec. 1st. Both the B12 and the Big East risk losing millions in TV contracts if those two schools don't make their respective moves by that point. I think you'll be surprised how quickly the 'as far apart as you can be' will be settled.
