I'm not a lawyer so it's just speculation on my part, but I would assume a wrongful termination-type considering he did all he needed to do legally. Obviously that's also what Paterno got fired for, but maybe he doesn't get that pass because of his overall role as the leader of the program. Can't imagine why else he would still be around.
