I think I've told this story before but ... I had just the opposite experience with a large batch of parcels (hundreds, pushing toward a thousand). Of those, postal failed to deliver on time twice, one of those was when the recipient actually provided the wrong zip code.

UPS on the other hand has to be one of the two most inept outfits I've ever dealt with in terms of their admin, the worst billing department I've ever run across. And the further up their food chain you go, the dumber the employees seem to become (which, at business quantities of shipping, matters pretty quickly).
