CL Selects Rodríguez June's Best Starter

Gonzalo Rodríguez nailed down June's Continental League Pitcher of the Month award today, adding pressure on
London to get a deal done before the 29-year-old becomes a free agent.
Rodríguez seems unfazed by the talk. "We get a deal done or we don't," he told reporters, "I'm not worrying about next year. Worrying about next year isn't what wins awards, you know?"
He fashioned a 4-0 record, reeled off 28 strikeouts, worked 39 innings and held batters to a .268 average for the month as he posted a 1.85 ERA.
