The thing is, he can't believe that. Otherwise, why the public feuding with Irsay? He sounds too invested as a player even now for this to be true. I bet worst case, he sits a year and tries to come back. If things are as bleak as they seem yet he's talking about the Colts front office and coaching changes as if he's still the QB, I don't think that bodes well for him accepting that he has to retire.
