Noblesville.
"It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Hamada. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Millers star told reporters.
Hamada excelled with an impressive 20-7 record in 32 starts. In 215.2 innings he yielded 191 hits and 30 walks, while striking out 187 and compiling a fine 2.88 ERA.

Rubén Nleto joined an elite group of pitchers today by picking up the Republic League Gabriel Prado Award for 2152.
The 30-year-old hurler finished the year 16-4 for the
Toronto Marlboros, piling up 200.2 innings, registering 141 strikeouts and walking 55 on his way to a solid 2.60 ERA.
