I had a headache in Pompei the other day and do you know there wasn't a fucking open Farmacia within like 1k of the ruins of Pompeii that was open (or really that I even saw in existence) at 10am on a Friday morning? And of course you can't buy aspirin anywhere other than a Farmacia.
It was fucking ridiculous. I was dying from wakeup till 4pm when I finally got to Naples and found a Farmacia at the train station.
I <3 America. You can buy over-the-counter medicines in non-pharmacies. Never take that shit for granted.
