Hey, I didn't say White was good, but he had chemistry with Ryan and a real connection to the fans.
If they didn't want to keep White in there, they should have tried a year with Montgomery. Monty was ok at best in his brief tryouts, he just didn't get the reps on air to get comfortable.
Splitt is simply going to be tough to replace.
