Hmm, maybe that's what I missed. What I do with the updates is run the self-extractor as Administrator, and then for whatever reason it puts the files in my Program Files directory rather than Program Files (x86) and I have to copy the .exe over.
Sounds like I also need to copy over all the folders as well, or I guess I can change the directory the extractor points to.
