That was heartbreaking. But I understand. The Royals pride in their anti-sabremetric perspective (when they could have had a 5 year head start on anyone), their insistence on stupid small ball, well, its got to break anyone. We all want our teams to win, but when they insist on taking a tack that is antithetical to our own vision of how to build a team, it particularly rankles.
