I bet that was one of the more expensive TV "hours" ever produced (if not, it sure came off like it).
Just a great episode. I've caught it, in mid-episode, a few time in the past several days and watched it to the end each time. The battle scenes were awesome, but the scene at the end (in the throne room w/ Cersei and her youngest son) was really amazing.
As a non-reader, I like how they have blurred the lines of who is good and who is bad. Tyrion is obviously a favorite, despite him being a Lannister. But, his father (Tywin?) has also grown on me. Outside of Theon and Joffrey, there aren't too many characters that seem pure evil (and even Theon's character has some reasoning to it).
