He got a $2.25M signing bonus due to his velocity, but his control has been horrendous. Now he is a 21-year old that hasn't played the field/hit since high school. Looks like another spectacular draft dud from the Bucs.

I don't blame them. The Pirates were going for upside after the Littlefield / Bonifay era, and those are the risks. That being said, for all the money they spent, the actual draft talent has not been that great.
