Learned early on if I'm ever having problems it's only because I'm due for an equipment upgrade. Haven't had to spend big yet to remedy it.

Probably are already doing it, but - remember to sell the piece you're replacing
. You should be able to sell the piece for what you originally paid for it, thus never really spending any. I see it as kind of security deposit, that I get back after I'm done using it
