Lady, the correct greeting is "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order?". If you don't ask me for my order, how am I supposed to know you're ready to enter it?

How about the dreaded "I'll be with you in a moment". That's unacceptable IMO. It's amazing how slow these people are. I miss the day of heatlamp big macs and no waiting.
