I'd guess FSU, Miami and BC are permanently on the schedule. Then rotate everyone else, 1 home, 1 away every year until ND becomes a full time member.
Does this really change Notre Dame's historical schedule all that much? They still have 7 "out of conference" games to schedule once they join up. Even if you assume USC, Michigan and Navy stay on, that's still 4 games to play with.
Also, do these ACC games count as in conference in the standings for the other teams?
