All of the teams may be doing this, I don't know - but that over 100% seemed off to me.

The percentages/sell out streaks are a marketing gimmick, I care more about the average attendance to the right, where the Phillies had drawn an average of 40,000+ fans per night.

The article admits as much: "But don't cry for the Phillies. They're still leading baseball in attendance, and last night's gate of 41,665 would still be good for the third-best average in MLB."
