I was surprised at how linear it was. I wouldn't play it again without some major DLC or mods, even at a higher difficulty level

Also thought the final mission was very underwhelming, although that was largely due to a nice slice of luck

I just happened to have both my Colonel level snipers with double tap and plasma sniper rifles taking cover behind the same console, which looked directly into the final room. Sent my psi armor chick into the room, cutscene, boss doesn't move. I have four shots at him with my snipers, game over. Complete luck I placed them there, but no doubt made the ending much easier than the devs had planned
