The gifted designated hitter performed well with a .296 batting average, while playing in 162 games and delivering 188 hits in 636 at-bats. His totals also included 35 home runs, 127 RBIs, 78 runs scored, 39 walks and a .333 OPB.

Rancheros fans were divided today as Colorado confirmed that the front office has signed Diego García to a 3-year extension at a rate of $5,450,000 per year.
