Here is a coaches file I am using. To give fair credit, I started with the file created by PFunk at
Fast Break Basketball Forum • View topic - 667 Coaches. This uses values at the beginning of the 2012-13 season. I tweaked the coaching values to prevent the super coaches syndrome, and added the three new schools. This file also has assistant coaches from the bigger schools, as well as unemployed coaches.
Like I said before, PFunk deserves most of the credit, as I took his file and tweaked it to prevent super coaching syndrome. Obviously, the coaching values I used are open to opinion. I might have dumbed them down too much, but YMMV.
