It was fun listening to the different calls (paraphrased) on Rome today. You know it was bad when they all sound the exact same.

Rays Broadcast: "Outside, ball 4, Zobrist takes 1st....holy cow! The umpire calls it strike 3...game over..."

Rangers Broadcast: "Oooo...Just missed outside, ball 4...no! Strike 3, ballgame!"

National Broadcast: "That's ball 4...woah, no, it's called a strike!"

Not so much a mistake as a pattern...
