While there is not specific articles that discuss what you are talking about, you can view some of that information yourself. When in the FA process you can see who has offered Kobe and what amounts he has been offered. So you do know who he is deciding between.
You can also see who go traded or signed. I'm at work now and do not have the game, but im pretty sure there is a tab or a few tabs that shows this info.
