This isn't true. Back in '08, he was one of those guys that would have turned into a very solid starting pitcher with some better command and control. That never happened. He was a good prospect in the minors, albeit unhealthy. He also performed quite well in his initial move to the bullpen but that obviously didn't carry over to '12.
