Determined Rhinos Provide Stiff Resistance

CHICAGO - The Miami Sharks escaped the Windy City with a 16-10 win today against a side that many predicted would fold like a pack of cards.

The story of the day was how the Rhinos gave the Sharks a run for their money, with second-year quarterback John Wallace rallying his side to an unlikely lead with minutes left in the third quarter.

However, experience took over from there and the Sharks were able to dominate possession. Miami held the ball for 14 of the last 18 minutes of the game, adding three valuable field goals and moving to within one win of the AFC South title for 2060. The Sharks can seal the division title with a win against the Country next week.

New York became the first team to seal a division title this season with a 28-14 win against Cleveland at the Empire Stadium. It is the Emperors' first division title since 2050. Elsewhere in the league, Toronto quarterback Butch Clancy has guided his team to ten straight wins, throwing just one interception in that time.

Be not afeard. The isle is full of noises, sounds, and sweet airs, that give delight, and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments will hum about mine ears; and sometimes voices,
That, if I then had wak'd after long sleep, will make me sleep again; and then, in dreaming,
The clouds methought would open and show riches ready to drop upon me, that, when I wak'd, I cried to dream again.
