My grandmother just got A Uniden Bearcat BC345CRS. She gave it to me and asked me to program it. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS THING?

RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference, and looking up the frequencies for my area but the machine is only letting me put 6 digits in when each frequency is at least 7 digits. I'm effing lost.
