ECBL
New York (35-22) leads the North with Philadelphia (34-23) just one game back. Bangor (31-26), Washington (30-27) and Buffalo (30-27) are the other teams still in contention.

Orlando (35-22) has a 2 game lead over Daytona (33-24) with only Savannah (30-27) as the other team over .500 in the South. Raleigh (22-35) can begin preparing for next season.

Buffalo centerfielder Jorge Flores leads the league hitting .341 and in WAR with a 4.0.

New York first baseman Eddie Gibson is tied for the league lead with 18 homeruns and leads the league in RBI's with 56.

Orlando catcher Burton Johnston is tied for the league lead with 18 homeruns.

Daytona pitcher David Anderson leads the league with 10 wins (10-2, 3.04).

5/26 - New York first baseman Eddie Gibson hit 3 homeruns in a game against Baltimore and has 8 RBI's.


SBL
Memphis (38-19) has a 6 game lead in the East.

Corpus Christi (34-23) leads Phoenix (31-26) and Albuquerque (30-27) in the West as the only teams over .500. Roswell has been a flop at 16-41.

Albuquerque right fielder Bob Holmes continues to put up numbers as he leads the league in hitting at .392, homeruns at 24, is second with 58 RBI's and leads with a WAR of 5.6.

Albuquerque first baseman Karl Thompson is chasing Holes as he is second in hitting at .377, second in homeruns with 19, third in RBI's with 49 and second with a WAR of 4.7.

Oklahoma City starter Rich Garza (9-1, 1.81)is tied for the league lead with 9 wins and leads the league with 103 strikeouts in 84.1 innings of work.

Albuquerque starter Luis Perez (9-1, 2.89) anchors their staff.


MBL
Springfield has pulled into the lead in the East at 34-23. Just two games back are Sioux Falls, Milwaukee and Indianapolis as it should be a good stretch run.

Casper leads the West by 6 games at 38-19. Only Omaha (32-25) and Helena (31-26) are above .500 with them.

Sioux Falls second baseman Francisco Ortiz leads the league hitting .381. Ortiz started the season in the LBL playing for Sao Luis but was traded on 4/8 to Sioux Falls and has been anchoring the lineup ever since.

Casper left fielder Will Simmons may be leading the running for MVP as he is second in the league in hitting at .368, leads the league with 26 homeruns, leads the league with 79 RBI's (26 more than the second best number) and leads the league with a WAR of 4.9.

Milwaukee starter Jermaine Roberts (8-4, 3.24) leads the league with 8 victories.

St. Paul starter Chris Dupree is one of the top pitchers with a 7-3 record, an ERA of 1.83 and 80 strikeouts.

Omaha closer Stu Miller is one of the best on the planet as he is 2-0 with 18 saves and an ERA of 0.98. In 27.2 innings he has struck out 37 while walking only 3.

5/7 - Omaha left fielder Tim Anderson has 6 hits against Indianapolis.


PBL
Grants Pass leads the North (36-21) by 6 games. Only Seattle (30-27) and Spokane (29-28) are above .500 with them. Ashland is already forgetting about this season as they are 18-39.

Tucson and Bakersfield are tied at 36-21 With San Diego three back at 33-24 and both Victorville and Honolulu at 31-26.

Grants Pass centerfielder Bob Davis leads the league with a .386 average.

Tucson third baseman Brent Jones is hitting .333, leads the league with 21 homeruns, second in the league with 53 RBI's and leads with a 5.4 WAR.

Tucson teammate right fielder Mario Mateo is hitting .320 and is second in the league with 20 homeruns, leads the league with 61 RBI's and is second with a 4.2 WAR.

Victoria pitcher Arnold Porter leads the league with 8 victories and is 8-3 with a 2.75 ERA.

Victoria ace Jose Nunez is 7-2 with a 1.14 ERA and has struck out 92 batters in 86.2 innings while walking only 5.

4/1 - Tucson catcher Eugene Church has 6 hits in a game against Spokane.

4/14 - San Diego starter Battista Alcorta throws a PERFECT GAME in a 2-0 victory over Seattle. He struck out 6.

4/22 - Grants Pass starter Wesley Brown strikes out 18 in a 4-2 loss to Tucson.


CLoB
Halifax (30-27) leads Barrie (36-21) by just one game in the East. Quebec and Ottawa (both 30-27) are the other teams over .500. Thunder Bay is making very little noise at 17-40.

Victoria (36-21) leads the West over Saskatoon (34-23), Regina (33-24) and Prince Albert (32-25).

Edmonton shortstop Greg Wilson leads the league with a .377 average, is third in homeruns with 18 , third in RBI's with 50 and tied for the league lead with a WAR of 4.7.

Toronto shortstop James Steward continues to lead the league in homeruns with 24.

Vancouver starter Mike Corrigan cannot get run support as he is 4-3 with a league leading ERA of 1.38 in 12 starts.

Victoria closer Paco Martinez strikes fear in opposing teams. He is 2-0 with 17 saves and an ERA of 0.58. In 31.0 innings he has allowed only 15 hits while striking out 39 and walking just 5.

5/2 - Regina third baseman Rafael Infante hits 3 homeruns against Ottawa, he had 7 RBI's.

Santo Domingo and Port-au-Prince are tied for the lead in the North at 35-22. Caracus (31-26) and Havana (30-27) are trying to get in range.

Stanley (38-19) leads the South over Sucre (35-22), Lima (35-22) and Guadalajara (30-27). Santiago is struggling at 18-39.

Santo Domingo right fielder Julio Valadez leads the league hitting .380, is tied for the league lead with 21 homeruns, leads the league with 77 RBI's and has a WAR of 4.7.

Stanley ace Hector Trejo leads the league with 10 wins and is 10-0 with a league leading ERA of 1.53 and has 116 strikeout while walking just 6 in 88.0 innings pitched.

5/7 - Stanley starter Hector Trejo strikes out 15 in a game against Cartagena.

5/13 - Stanley starter Hector Trejo strikes out 17 against Caracus.


ABL
Aussie is running away with the East with a 37-20 record, 7 games up. Seoul (30-27) and Aukland (29-28) are the only other teams over .500 in the East.

Kabul is on fire and leads the West by 8 games with a 40-17 record. Baghdad (32-25) and Cairo (30-27) are the only other teams over .500.

St. Petersburg first baseman Huy Phan leads the league with a .358 average and with 21 stolen bases.

Tokyo ace Dakila Bucsit seemingly leads the race for pitcher of the year as he is 9-1 with an ERA of 1.46 and has struck out 94 in 80.1 innings of work.

5/25 - Cairo third baseman Julian Vega hits for the cycle against Cairo.


EBL
Frankfurt (37-20) leads the North over Oslo (36-21), Stockholm (35-22), Paris (31-26) and Dublin (30-27). Manchester brings up the rear at 20-37.

Lisbon and Bari are tied at 35-22 with Bourdeaux (30-27) as the only other team over .500. Athens can expect no medals as they are 16-41.

Oslo left fielder Hallinan Leton leads the league hitting .400, is second with 56 RBI's and leads the league with a WAR of 4.1.

Lyon third baseman Ronald Shield leads the league with 23 homeruns.

Stockholm ace Edward Balmforth leads the league with a 10-1 record and has a 2.52 ERA.

Stockholm closer Ambrosio Abrao is 2-2 with 19 saves and an ERA of 0.95 and has 57 strikeouts in 28.1 innings pitched.
