I don't know if HBOGo is available as a separate on-demand channel for normal cable/sat subscribers. I DO know TV is possible if he has a player that supports the HBOGo app (Roku, 360, PS3, blu-ray player, whatever). Otherwise, mobile or PC, I believe.
