In my case I run professional services for a company the sells services and product. We have spiffs for product, but generally the game is to drive PS pricing down, take those savings and add it to the margin of the product deal. Either way it's the same price to the customer. Still trying to figure out why margin on product apparently has the opportunity to pay more than margin on professional services.

It's an aspect of my job I can do without.
