The problem is that if you're not in a given country this fall, there's a good chance the PS4 is all but going to monopolize that country/territory. If they're launching late, I wouldn't be shocked at all if they didn't launch at all in those areas if things don't go well this fall.

As far as Japan goes the PS4 was already going to monopolize the home console market compared to the XBone.
