Under 190 for 10 consecutive days now. Down in the mid-180s right now. I just wanted to mention that I'm particularly proud of my meal plan for today. Greek yogurt, berries, chia seeds, granola, and grapefruit for breakfast. Grilled chicken breast and grilled veggies for lunch. Lean pork tenderloin and broccoli for dinner.
