I remember the story as him not kneeing the trainer in the nuts, but literally grabbing the trainer by the nuts and squeezing as hard as he could. Which just seems even infinitely worse (and it's hard to be infinitely worse than being kneed in the nuts; credit to AJ for finding a way).
