Mid. Tenn. wins the group and has one of, but not the best point differentials of 8-2 group winners. The bad loss to Nevada in Week 8 definitely cost them a few seeds. Sacred Heart takes second and is yet another (and there have been a few!) unexpected and surprising advancements to the round of 128. Nevada takes third and is in position for a wildcard berth at the moment. Their point differential gets them in the hunt. Unfortunately, 15th ranked St. Louis will watch the rest of this tournament from home, as they are officially eliminated from wildcard contention.
