As my Sunday long runs start to exceed 1 1/2 hours, I'm going to need to experiment with energy supplements. I probably wont get into Gu gels, as my gag reflex tends to kick in when I eat any gooey textures.

Looking into Sports beans as a good alternative. Or Shot Blocks. Any other products out there that I'm unaware of?
