I wonder if Morales' agent is going to have to make good on the $$$ he'll lose. Not sure how he gave such bad advice and he's gotta be ripe for a malpractice suit. Same with Cruz.
Also this is a 100% guarantee right? Not like when Varatek's agent refused arb under the old agreement and then claimed it was cause he could have just got a 30day termination pay.
