Actually, I'm not entirely sure whether he would or not. The union would certainly have appealed it to the hilt & tried to make him out as the victim.

This was a big part of my thinking, specifically on how much more hostile the fans could be toward players landing in the stands (even casually raised knee & somebody is out for months with a broken cheekbone, for example)
