Bryant (Score Galore) -- 4-7, 0-0 America East. All of the Bulldogs' 7 losses came in a row, against teams like Marist, Fairfield, and Rider. They don't really have a key win, although they did beat Cal St. Fullerton who is over .500.

Maine (Cillian O'Reilly) -- 1-7, 0-0 America East. The pressure of trying to get to the NCAA tournament may be too much for the Black Bears. Their only win so far is at Furman. They even lost to their former in-conference rival Vermont, and also lost at American. However, they've only played 1 true home game so far, so hopefully getting back home will do them good.

UMass Lowell (Ekeje Bafou) -- 2-9, 0-0 America East. If they could play all their games in the Ivy League, they might be alright. Their 2 wins have come at Yale and at Harvard. Although that streak ended in their last game when they lost at Dartmouth, but hey, what do you expect? They have a prestige of 4.. yes 4! Ekeje knows what he has gotten himself into and is up to the challenge.

High Point (Roy Rogers) -- 7-4, 0-0 Big South. Not a bad start for the Panthers, who have won 6 in a row, including a 25 point win at home against MVC team Southern Illinois. That is definitely their biggest win so far.

Hawaii (B.B. Gunn) -- 5-4, 0-0 Big West. It's been up and down for the Warriors, who started out on a 3 game winning streak, but have lost 4 of their last 6. They had a golden opportunity to win at Valparaiso but lost by 4. They did, however, smoke Santa Clara by 29. Don't think I have to remind anybody that Santa Clara used to be a fairly strong team in the WCC.

Florida Atlantic (Kuji Chagulia) -- 7-4, 0-0 Conference USA. Wins over Illinois St, South Florida, and Central Florida highlight the season so far for the Owls. Unfortunately they had 2 tough losses in their November tournament, along with an embarrassing loss in their last game to North Dakota St.

BYU (Patrick Hutt) -- This team has shown flashes of greatness. The low is a 20 point loss at Villanova who is ranked in the top 5. The high is a 12 point win at Syracuse, ranked in the top 25. Unfortunately, that 1-3 against current top 25 teams won't bode well come selection Sunday.

Not a single MVC or FOFC team even receiving votes in the top 25. Yikes.

Not surprised to see Wichita St. and Missouri St. in the mid-major top 25, as they are the only teams in the MVC even doing anything right now. Florida Atlantic is right on the cusp.
