Masahiro Tanaka is currently leading the MVP, Cy Young and ROY race. I don't think a player has ever swept all three. If Verlander can win MVP then so can other dominant pitchers.
Farrell should pick Tanaka to start the ASG, Betances for one inning and David Robertson to close. They'd strike out 10 between them and electrify the crowd.
