So here's the updated fantasy USA file.

What's new in ver 1.1
- Set geographic borders to minimize movement across regions.
- Changed start dates on some minor cup events to fall within the competition dates.

USA Pyramid Level 8 ver 1.1

I've run a fast sim for two seasons on this mod, and still found movement within divisions.
