Another cup has been awarded. To almost nobody's surprise, Rangers defeated Linlithgow Rose, 2-0, to win the Scottish Football League Cup. They have already won promotion to Premier League 2 for next season, setting SFPL records for points earned and goals scored.
Elgin City have qualified for the promotion playoffs, and they're close to sewing up the second automatic promotion place.
