It could also say that they have no where near the talent everyone assumes they have. Or it could be that much of the talent they do have don't fit the schemes he's trying to incorporate.
Or it could say that everyone has figured out the 'Tampa 2' defense and that any NFL caliber QB is going to slice it apart if you lean on it too much.
