I ended up buying EU IV, getting the Base Game along with Conquest of Paradise as well as Wealth of Nations for 16 € compared to 23 for the all-everything pack. (the newest pack was not included anyway)
I also bought Hour of Darkness for 2 Bucks.
My Budget is 45 this sale (from stuff sold on ebay), so i still have a little left
