Well, we are doing Disney the second week of June since it seems to be a bit cheaper than during our Spring Break period. Looking at the hotels at Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa since they have suites that can get the 4 children in with us. We already have 4 park hopper tickets to Disney from a trip that fell through earlier (as well as a day at Universal) so now we just need to get 2 more.
See lots of comments about Fast Passes so I guess I need to look into those?
