I'm also not looking forward to it, mostly due to the redundancy it puts on at/above level students and burden it puts on the bellows.
But the thing I'm most shocked by is how awesome your Superintendent seems. I've never had one even mention teacher/classroom time when rolling our their agenda/vision/mandate.
