I really loved it, it was just an epic undertaking and they hit so many great notes. Not everything was great, of course, but that's always been part of the fun of SNL for me. When it's great it's a really unique great, when it misses, it's kind of fascinating to see why and how it goes off the rails. So for me, it was just about perfect.

I can't even imagine the background of what went into planning and running a live show that long with that many egos of varying degrees of age and decrepitness. I wonder if there was one point person who tied all that together.
