Single player games usually take me about 15 minutes. Unsure about the play advantage, but I don't think passes should count as turns, personally.

I haven't looked into starting an MP league yet, but there is a button for exactly that in game, so I will give it a look.

EDIT: MP not ready to go just yet, but should be in a forthcoming patch. When that patch drops we should be fairly well acquainted with the game I think, and probably ready to start one.
