But.....If say the Hawks are at 78 mil over the summer....(allowed to be 10% over in summer) they could trade a large contract to the leafs for Horton,Take 5 mil off the cap by putting Horton on LTIR and dump a 3-4 mil contract and be under the cap.The Hawks need to shed money in the summer once those contracts kick in.
